Your renovation Questions, Answered!
We know that sometimes things are not always clear. Here we have se out to answer some of the common questions we get asked by our clients.
There are various ways to do this, depending on the work that needs completing. We can either pop out and visit the property or you can send across photos. If you are an estate agent/landlord, we can even use the checkout report. Either way just get in touch and we can advise.
We try our best to respond to enquiries within 24 hrs. Then we will work actively with you to deliver a timely and convenient service to suit your needs.
Our end of tenancy clean includes a general clean of rooms as well as door frames, skirting boards, vacuum and/or mop of the floors. If already emptied inside the cupboard and draws will be wiped. We have specialist acid wash for any heavy limescale areas in the bathroom/kitchen.
Once the carpet clean has been completed it will be left slightly damp, it will take 4-5 hours to dry depending on the drying conditions.
